How Boardfy adjusts your prices on Skroutz
Skroutz is the leading price comparison site and marketplace in Greece. Each product page brings together offers from many shops and sellers, and shoppers compare them by price on the same page.
Boardfy matches your products with their Skroutz listings and checks the price of every shop and seller every 6 hours, with or without delivery costs, as you prefer. Boardfy does not change prices directly on Skroutz: every 30 minutes it applies your rules and sends the price changes to your shop, platform or ERP, and from there they reach Skroutz through your feed or your sync.

Monitoring
Who sells your products on Skroutz and where your price ranks
For each product, Boardfy shows you every Skroutz shop and seller sorted by price, your position and how far you are from the lowest price.
On a price comparison site, shoppers look at the cheapest offers first: this way you know which products put you among the first offers and which ones sit behind cheaper offers. It is Boardfy’s competitor monitoring applied to Skroutz.
Pricing intelligence
Your Skroutz catalogue, by price position
Boardfy groups your catalogue by your price position on Skroutz: the products where you have the lowest price, those where you are second or third cheapest, those outside the three cheapest offers and those you sell with no competition.
So you can see which products are one small change away from the lowest price and where cutting the price would only cost you margin.
Seller filter
Choose which Skroutz shops you compare yourself with
You can include or exclude shops and sellers from the comparison, one by one or by a pattern in their name: for example, you can leave out sellers of refurbished products or your own distributors.
Boardfy calculates your position using only the sellers you choose, and your rule acts on that position.

refurbDynamic pricing
A Skroutz rule, from start to finish
You sell a capsule coffee machine at €89.90 including VAT, it costs you €55 excluding VAT, and you are the third cheapest on Skroutz; KafesHop has the lowest price, at €84.90. Your rule says “lowest price with a minimum margin of 12%”, with the margin calculated on the selling price excluding VAT (24% in Greece).
Boardfy works out that at €84.89 you have the lowest price and keep a 19.7% margin, so it changes the price in your shop or your ERP, and your feed or your sync carries it to Skroutz. If KafesHop dropped to €74.90 tomorrow, Boardfy would not go below €77.50, your minimum price. This is how Boardfy’s dynamic pricing works on Skroutz.

When to lower and when to raise your price on Skroutz
On Skroutz you compete with many shops on the same product page. These are the most common situations and what Boardfy does in each one according to your rules.
| Situation | What Boardfy does | Why |
|---|---|---|
| You are 3rd cheapest and the lowest price is less than 6% below yours | Lowers your price to just below the lowest, if your margin allows | A small change gives you the lowest price |
| You have the lowest price and the 2nd cheapest is 7% dearer | Raises the price to just below the 2nd | You keep the lowest price and win back margin |
| The cheapest offer is below your minimum price | Stays at your minimum price | You never go below your minimum margin |
| The cheapest seller sells refurbished products | Ignores it, if you have excluded it | You compare yourself with sellers offering the same as you |
| You are the only shop selling the product | Raises the price according to your rule | With no competition, there is no need to give away margin |
