Boardfy Pricing S.L. informs users of this website about its policy regarding the processing and protection of the personal data of users and clients that may be collected through browsing the website or contracting services through it. In this regard, Boardfy Pricing S.L. guarantees compliance with the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data, set out in Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data and in Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, approving the Regulation implementing the LOPD. Use of this website implies acceptance of this privacy policy.
2. Collection, purpose and processing of data
Boardfy Pricing S.L. has a duty to inform the users of its website about the collection of personal data that may be carried out, either through the sending of email or through the completion of the forms included on the website. In this regard, Boardfy Pricing S.L. shall be considered the controller of the data collected by the means described above. Boardfy Pricing S.L. likewise informs users that the purpose of processing the data collected covers the following cases: responding to requests made by users, inclusion in the contact directory, the provision of services and the management of the commercial relationship. Any operations, procedures and technical processes carried out, whether automated or non-automated, that enable the collection, storage, modification, transfer and other actions on personal data are deemed to constitute the processing of personal data. All personal data collected through the Boardfy Pricing S.L. website and therefore deemed to constitute the processing of personal data shall be incorporated into the files declared by Boardfy Pricing S.L. before the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
3. Disclosure of information to third parties
Boardfy Pricing S.L. informs users that their personal data will not be disclosed to third-party organisations, except where such disclosure is covered by a legal obligation or where the provision of a service requires a contractual relationship with a data processor. In this latter case, disclosure of data to the third party will only take place where Boardfy Pricing S.L. has the user’s express consent.
4. Users’ rights
Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data grants data subjects the ability to exercise a number of rights relating to the processing of their personal data. Insofar as the user’s data is processed by Boardfy Pricing S.L., users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force on the protection of personal data. This communication must state the following information: the user’s first name and surname, the request being made, their address and supporting identification details. Rights must be exercised by the user themselves. However, they may be exercised by a person authorised as the legal representative of the data subject. In such a case, documentation proving this representation of the data subject must be provided.
Privacy Policy and Google API Data Use — Boardfy
At Boardfy we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal and account data we access. This policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect the information obtained through our integration with Google API services (Google Merchant Center / Google Shopping).
1. Data we collect through the Google API
When you link your Google Merchant Center account to our Boardfy application, we request access through the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/content. Through this API, we collect and process only the data necessary to provide our catalogue management and optimisation services:
– Merchant Center account and sub-account information.
– Product catalogue (product input data, prices, inventory, publication status and API quotas).
– Data sources (datasources) associated with your products.
2. Use of the information
The data obtained through the Google APIs is used exclusively to:
– View, update, synchronise and delete product data in your Google Merchant Center account at the user’s request.
– Manage the data sources and inventories configured within the Boardfy platform.
– Provide status metrics and integration diagnostics for your products.
We do not use the data obtained through the Google APIs to display advertising, to market information to third parties, or to train general artificial intelligence or language models.
3. Google Limited Use Policy
Boardfy’s use and transfer to any other app of information received through Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Data sharing and transfer
Boardfy does not sell, rent or share with third parties the data obtained through the Google APIs, except in the following cases:
– Where strictly necessary for service providers that help us operate our infrastructure (who are bound to maintain confidentiality).
– Where required by law or by valid legal process.
5. Data storage and retention
The data obtained through Google Merchant Center is stored securely using encryption mechanisms and strict access controls. We retain this data only for as long as the user’s account remains active on Boardfy, or as necessary to provide the service.
6. Revoking access and deleting data
The user may revoke Boardfy’s access to their Google account at any time through:
– The linked accounts section of the Boardfy platform.
– Their Google account security page at: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Upon revoking access or requesting termination of the service, we will delete the OAuth access tokens and the stored data associated with the Google API within no more than 30 days, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.
