Nordic marketplace
Monitor your competitors on CDON
CDON sellers in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland
Boardfy tracks the sellers offering your products on CDON, the Nordic marketplace, in all four of its countries. It shows you where you rank and changes your price in your shop or your ERP according to your rules, without dropping below your minimum margin.

Sellers on CDON
How do you monitor competitors on CDON?
CDON is a Nordic marketplace that sells in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. On each listing, the same product is offered by several sellers, each with its own price and delivery time, and in each country shoppers pay in their own currency: Swedish kronor, Danish or Norwegian kroner, or euros in Finland.
Boardfy matches each of your products with its CDON listing and checks every seller’s price every 6 hours in all four countries, with or without delivery costs, as you prefer. Boardfy does not change prices on CDON: every 30 minutes it applies your rules and sends the price changes to your shop, platform or ERP. If your shop or ERP syncs your offers with CDON, the new price reaches CDON too.

Monitoring
Who sells your products on CDON and where you rank
For each product, Boardfy shows you the CDON offers sorted by price, your position and how far you are from first place.
So you can see where you lead, where you are close to first place and where you are well behind, without opening listings one by one. It is Boardfy’s competitor monitoring applied to CDON.
Pricing intelligence
Each Nordic country has its own competition
If you sell in more than one CDON country, Boardfy shows you the same product in each one: how many offers there are, which is the cheapest and where you rank, each country in its own currency.
You can be first in one country and fourth in the next: with this view you decide where to adjust without touching the price in the others.
Price bands
Your CDON catalogue, by distance from the best offer
Boardfy sorts your catalogue by how far your price is from the cheapest competing offer on each product: from the products where you are more than 10% below to those where you are more than 10% above. The ones only you sell are shown separately.
Where you are already well below, you can raise the price without losing first place; where you are well above, a rule brings you closer to first place.

Dynamic pricing
A CDON rule, from start to finish
You sell a smartwatch in Sweden at 2,499 kr including VAT, it costs you 1,500 kr excluding VAT, and you are second on CDON: NordTech is first at 2,449 kr. Your rule says “first place with a minimum margin of 15%”, with the margin calculated on the selling price excluding Swedish VAT, which is 25%.
Boardfy works out that at 2,448 kr you move to first place and keep a 23.4% margin, so it changes the price in your shop or your ERP. If NordTech dropped to 2,149 kr tomorrow, Boardfy would not go below 2,206 kr, your minimum price. This is how Boardfy’s dynamic pricing works on CDON.
Before

Four countries, four sets of competitors
When to lower and when to raise your price on CDON
On CDON the competition changes from one country to the next. These are the most common situations and what Boardfy does in each one according to your rules.
| Situation | What Boardfy does | Why |
|---|---|---|
| You are 2nd and first place is less than 3% cheaper | Lowers your price until you are first | A small change takes you to the top |
| You are 1st and 2nd place is 8% dearer | Raises the price to just below 2nd place | You stay first and win back margin |
| First place sells below your minimum price | Stays at your minimum price | You never go below your minimum margin |
| You are first in Denmark but fourth in Norway | Adjusts each country according to its competition | Each country has its own offers |
| You are the only seller in a country | Raises the price according to your rule | With no competition, there is no need to cut your price |
